Invite and Listen to Client Input.  We invite and encourage our clients to provide us with input, suggestions or recommendations about our operations, services and systems.

Online Case Management System.  Special Investigations Unlimited, Inc. online Case Management System is available when and if you need it.  Our system allows our investigators, clients and at your direction any member of the “claims team” (i.e. clients, supervisors, defense counsel, etc.) to review and download video footage, photographs, report and other case related items when and if necessary.  There will be no more waiting for the mail or someone to deliver the items you need.
